This product complies with all current standards of CPSIA, H.R. 4040.
Certificates of Compliance are required for all children’s products manufactured after 2/11/2010. Each SHOE is marked with the batch number and date of manufacture, such as “Batch 19081 11/09”. This would indicate the batch number is 19081 and the product was manufactured in November of 2009. For all shoes manufactured after 8/14/09 this information also appears on the front end panel of the box on a label revealed when the lid is removed.
